Krysten Hayes - Practice Manager
Krysten is our first point of contact for all referrals. She ensures that client assessments are undertaken with the most appropriate practitioner and liaises with clients, legal practitioners and their administrative staff, for a seamless process from point of referral, to appointment scheduling, through to ensuring reports are submitted prior to court filing.
Krysten comes to FCG from a health and fitness background and has transitioned to undertaking a Bachelor of Psychology as she is passionate about helping others, while simultaneously keeping our busy team on track. She is developing a better understanding of how her studies apply to real-world cases whilst working with FCG, and we are hoping she will stay on with us once she finishes her degree.
Jacqueline Carmichael - Accounts Administrator & Treatment Manager
Jacqui has a background in managing accounts for private small businesses, legal firms, psychology practices. She is diligent, thorough, surprisingly loves numbers (when they add up!) and also supports our office operations.
